"I could never get the thing work! I would e-mail their support staff they in turn would e-mail me back with instructions which I'd follow and yet nothing ever helped. This went on for a period of about 2wks, granted it wasn't an everyday communication thing due to the frustration on my part. The instructions they include with the machine are worthless and very minimal. All they do is tell you how to hook it up, that's it! I had to change my password countless of times because about every other time I tried to log into my account it would not recognize it. I finally just sent it back."

"I discovered right after I placed my order that my address was wrong. I called customer service and was assured the order had not been sent and the addresswould be changed on the order, it wasn't and order was sent to my old address. I had to drive to my old address and pick upnthe order.
