"Overall not very good. The wait time for someone to help on line was 10 to 15 minutes. The phone number they give you to call ALWAYS went to a voice mail. The item was supposed to ship the next day, it shipped 2 days later and didn't arrive in time. The actual cost of the chair was great, but the shipping charges were ridiculous for UPS ground charges. The chair was of good quality, but the overall Online Store experiece was not."

"Good and informative customer service, great follow up on my order. I bought 2 bedroom suites for our boys from Online Store. They kept me informed with status emails about where my furniture was and when the delivery was going to happen. The delivery men arrived as scheduled and they set up all furniture for us. "The worst online experience of my life. Do not ever use this site unless you have a lot of time and money to waste. They billed my credit card immediately and then sent parts of the order over a period of 3 months and still have not fulfilled the whole order. What was received was damaged and they have done nothing at this point about the damage. Customer service is terrible and you have to contact their outsourced shippers/suppliers directly if you want any information. I cannot emphasize how much I recommend staying very far away from this site!"

"No furniture, lots of frustration. Shady deal, or just lack of customer service?

I ordered a 5-drawer chest on June 14, 2010. The salesman said it would arrive late June, early July. It was supposedly "in stock". It didn't arrive by the July 2nd, so I checked status on line. It was listed as discontinued. After July 4th, I called the salesman no less than 4 times, and sent an email to customer service, with no response. It took me 5 tries with live chat at their website, and finally get someone to confirm it was not coming and to get them to credit my account. Once I got to the point of giving them my order number, they seemed to get disconnected. NO ONE responds at customer "service". I sent emails and left phone messages with them as well. The item was still listed on their website as of July 14. The person at live chat said it showed "0" available. They also claimed to have sent an email a week after the order was placed telling me it was unavailable and asking whether I wanted to order something else. The only email received was the order confirmation on June 14th. I know, as this came through to "junk" mail, and I carefully review it every day. When I finally got through to someone today, they were able to send an email that came to my regular mailbox, confirming credit to my charge account. I think they just take your money, and wait for you to hassle them to get it back when you discover that the item is "discontinued".

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

"I, too, was scammed by this company. My order (a student desk and hutch), arrived at the end of January. After checking the first box, my husband signed off from the shipper. Once he opened the second box he discovered that the desk was severely damaged. We called that very day and spoke to Eric, too. He told us it was no problem and to email the photos of the damage and the original receipt and that they would have the merchandise picked up and send out another desk/hurch immediately. We emailed the information and photos on the same day as delivery. No one ever came to pick up the damaged merchandise nor did we receive a new desk/hutch. We have been going round and round with Garrett Moran over this purchase and have discovered that he has just been delaying any action. The latest was that he said that the shipping company refuses to come pick up the merchandise since we signed off on it. I investigated to find out who our shippers were (Garrett would not divulge that information) and contacted them. They had never been contacted by Garrett regarding my shipment AND had quit doing business with the Online Store because they were not paying their bills. Nine months later we still have not received a refund of $690.00."

"This store is a scam...they have not refunded my my 1253.00 even though I had to refuse shipment due to extreme damage at delivery - the truck driver even commented he had never seen such horrible packaging and damage. The Online Store will not return my phone calls. I am now trying to resolve with my credit card company."

"The Online Store is a scam operation! I ordered a bed on 3/2/2009 supposedly with FREE shipping! Unfortunately, the delivery company tried to sticke me a $320 delivery charge, which I refused and they took the bed back. To this day, I still do not have my bed, AND if this charge shows up on my credit card, there will be hell to pay. Stay away from these crooks! I intend to file additional complaints with the appropriate agencies."
