"Absolutely appalling .............. Ordered my perfume from Ebay and I notified The Perfume Stop, via ebay, that I hadn't received my perfume. They sent me Tracking Details which just confirmed it was received into my local delivery office and then delivered to my work address. There was no signature to look at on the tracking details so how can they still state that my goods have been delivered to me. Ebay have now closed my case and want nothing else to do with it. Luckily enough, I paid on Credit Card and I will now dispute the charge with them. Hopefully, they will send a recharge to The Perfume Stop and I will get a full refund on the Perfume that was NEVER RECEIVED BY ME............ I will never order from this company again and will probably close my ebay account as well due to them siding with the supplier. Think twice before ordering from this company....... "

This Noel guy is f....rude and nasty, then the girl with a spanic accent it's nicer, but she couldn't help me get the package, coz of the ''rules'' when I asked what rules are that, she said I can't say it. "I suspected that the 6 bottles of men's fragrances were counterfeit due to weak smell and packaging. I went to Macy's and compared theirs to Perfume Spot. Guess what? All fakes based on color, packaging and fragrance. Sloppy uncentered batch tags were placed on bottom of bottles. Bottle caps came with small dents. They are good reproductions but are all knock offs. Buyer BEWARE! Disappointing experience."
"I ordered JOOP cologne spray for men, it arrived on time. While using the product I noticed that the scent didn't last but maybe an hour. The JOOP that I've purchased in the past from Wal-Mart and other stores had a lasting scent, I could smell it on my clothes the next day. I would get compliments throughout the day on how good I smelled. I don't know what to say about this; maybe it's not the real thing or it could be watered down or maybe so old that it has lost its scent, I just don't know; but it's NOT JOOP! at least not the ones that I've used in the past. Great price or not, it's not worth it; cheap cologne outlasts this stuff. I called their 800 number and spoke with a rep that couldn't have cared less and was a little on the sarcastic side. He apologized because I wasn't satisfied, as if it was my fault that their product was unsatisfactory. Don't waste your time or money on this site, go to Wal-Mart or another retailer, you'll get satisfactory results; if not, they'll return your money or exchange the product."

"I recently was searching online to place an order for Creed Aventus and The Perfume Spot popped up with a good price and in stock. I immediately placed an order without reading any reviews. After already pulling the trigger, I read reviews of this seller and was horrified. I immediately had buyers remorse and dialed to my dismay to cancel my order. Unable to reach their customer service line and assessed all of my options in the event I would have to return this item as most reviews stated that their fragrances were counterfeit and that there where issues with shipping as well as customer service. I resigned to awaiting my shipment before passing judgement with trepidation. Well I received confirmation of my order along with updates, with tracking and when my product was do to arrive. My product arrived on time and I quickly sampled my product for review. Knowing the product very well, I reviewed it's packaging, authentic, and opened it up to spray a sample to my immediate pleasure. The juice was the same as if purchased from Sacks or any other boutique that specializes in niche fragrances. I believe in being fair and am compelled to share my experience. Thus far with this purchase I am very much a more then satisfied customer."
"Slow shipping. Customer service was very obnoxious concerning the "free shipping" taking extra time. I reminded Noel that I only received "free shipping" because I ordered extra perfume to acquire the minimum order requirement. I only called to make them aware ... nothing to gain on my end ... the birthday gift missed the party, plain and simple. A simple "sorry to hear that, thanks for letting us know" would have gained future business and not left me feeling like I wasted my time. "

Called within hours of ordering to cancel my order! Was rudely told that my order had already been packaged...not sent , just packaged and that if I didn't like my order when received I could return for a refund...after paying almost 20 bucks out of pocket to send back..pretty sure this guy is just banking on the fact that rather than waste money to shop back you will just keep his knock off product. Same voice you hear while on hold is the man who is extremely rude when the call is answered. Also shipping takes about 10 days..not 3 like the reviews he probably wrote himself..2-27-17..just received the product..imagine that it's a knock off..smells nothing like the real thing..more like rubbing alcohol..had Chinese writing on the package"
"I made an order of 3 men perfume that included Giorgio Armani, 3.4 oz. It supposed to be the classic version of Armani for men which I have had before and liked very much. The price the perfume spot had attracted me so I purchased it. I started to use the the other 2 perfumes first saving the Armani for last. I started to use it almost 2 years from the date of purchase and it turned to be mere alcohol and in no way comparable to the authentic Armani. Usually perfume get better and stronger by time so the 2 year time should have done good to it but it is fake bottle of Armani perfume. Don't be fooled by the cheap price they offer, no matter how cheap price they offer, your money is worth much more than the Alcohol they are selling you. "

"This website is a fraud and I would not recommend purchasing anything from perfume spot. The customer service representative is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction. I ordered a perfume that I have been using for 20 years now, and when I received the perfume it was unboxed and not authentic. First, when I purchased the perfume it did not indicate that it would arrive unboxed. Second, the perfume color was way darker than the original perfume and the smell was not even close to the original scent. I called customer service and the representative argued with me and told me to do whatever I want. Now I have to pay shipping again to send this cheap, water down, perfume back to perfume spot. What a waste of time and money. "
