"This company is a JOKE! I ordered a 5.11 tactical wingman patrol bag for 69.99 with PayPal. They charged me immediately, and sent me an email, but no tracking number. I waited a week, emailed them 2x with no response. I called on 1/27, and was told it was on backorder, and was to be shipped friday 1/27, on 2/1, i still have not heard from them! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"This is absolutely the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Don Hume concealment holster for my Glock 19 on 11/28/2008. I received a confirmation email within a couple days but then no delivery. I have emailed several times as well as called them. The only response I have received was by email in December and told that the item was on back order and should be delivered within two weeks. When I called customer service I got a recording that no one was available to take my call. It is now 01/26/2009 and I still do not have any idea about my order. This is a very poorly run company that will and should go out of business soon. My recommendation is: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! "

"Avoid this seller. Ordered 3 items. Got 1 of them about a week later. A couple days later I get an email stating that everything had shipped. Waited a little longer. Sent a couple emails, then called. Was informed that the other 2 items were no longer stocked. Shipping was OUTRAGEOUS for the one item I ordered. All I got was a "I'm sorry, that should have been noted on your order." How about letting your customers cancel an order when you can't even fill half of it. BUYER BEWARE!!"
"Avoid this seller. Placed order 31 May 08, received email saying item was backordered for 30 days. I figured, "Fine, get it to me when you can." They said they would not charge my card until item shipped. Well, they did charge it, then denied it. So I waited. 90 days later, still no item. Finally emailed customer serv. for a refund and they said they owed me no money AND the item had been discontinued. Wondered when or if they were going to tell me. Were they just going to keep the money and call it good? Some time later they must have checked their records again and discovered they HAD charged me. I finally got my money back 3 months after order was placed. There are way better sellers out there to waste time with this circus."
"Totally abysmal service . Took over 2 months to get a Surefire L4 flashlight , in the wrong color that wasn't even ordered ! Bought for the same price down the street. Wasn't home when delivered even though informed them to cancel order and then charged $22 for THEIR restocking . Appalling company , appalling service . "Wow. Most horrible service I've ever encountered. Order a Safariland holster on 4/12 at 11am. Website promises same day shipping if order is placed by 1pm. Get an e-mail on 4/14 stating the item is on backorder and won't be shipped until 5/7. Call on 5/7 and am told that it will be at least another two weeks. I tell the representative on the phone that a month and a half wait for an item is a little out of ordinary, even for an item that is on backorder and the representative gets angry, tells me he just refunded my payment, and hangs up.
I call back to tell him I didn't wish to cancel my order and he states that he already did and for me never to call back again.
Absolutely mind blowing.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.

"I purchased a Galco holster from this company as a gift. I needed to exchange it since it didn't fit. When I tried is when the problem began. They don’t answer the phone, or reply to emails. I tried to be nice, but after two weeks and still no word, I contacted the Better Business and made a complaint. Still no reply so I contacted the vendor to log a complaint on this company - contacted Galco direct and still the company would not respond. Finally I returned the holster without an RMA (registered receipt), and contacted Visa for a refund.
Don't waste your time, you can buy quality merchandise like Galco from many places that will at least have some resemblance to a real merchant. These guys suck! If you need help after a purchase, or god forbid you need a return FORGET IT!

"I ordered Damascus CRT-300 UTLIMATE from ProductWizard.com. After a few days I noticed that the order status has not changed. I called them on their non-1-800 number and inquired about my order. After 5-6 minutes on hold I was informed by annoyed customer rep that the item is not in stock. I was obviously annoyed and asked to cancelled the order. After a few days of search and not finding that item elsewhere, I decided to reinstate my order, after a short waiting time a nice rep reinstated the order and told me it is going to be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks has passed, I called, the item still not in stock. Last date I was promised was December 1. Went to check the status of my order. WTF!!! it was cancelled. Called the company..after the hold it prompts you to leave the message (calling many times all within their business hours both early and afternoon) Where are all the reps? Left a voice message and obviously nobody called me back.
Conclusion: VERY BAD business, avoid if you value your time."
"Placed an order on June 13. The website promised same day shipping if placed by 1 pm EST. Order went in prior to that.
I got an email a day later saying it had shipped via UPS. I tried to get a tracking number. Nothing. The tracking link I was sent never worked. I emailed twice over 48 hours. No response to either.
I called on the 16th. Told that the item was backordered and it shipped via USPS Priority.
Problems with this:
Never told the item was out of stock.
Never told the item would NOT ship the same day.
Never got timely replies to email.
Not informed of discrepancy in shipment methods.
Result:
My first and last order with this firm.
How it could have been avoided:
Refunding shipping charges for the 4 day wait. I could have ordered from a different seller, that was cheaper, and had it by now. The other seller had a 1-2 business day wait. I paid more and got less with Product Wizard.
Be honest about availability. Don't sell me something you don't have.
Keep me informed about the order. Don't send emails that open to a ORDER NOT FOUND page.
Reply to emails when you say you will. If you say it will take 12 hours, it better not be 24 hours and I still hear nothing.
Bottom line:
This is a store that sells speciality items that are generally good quality items for police, law enforcement, EMS and fire. I was pleased with their product line, and the amount of information available for each product. But I was not pleased with my experience in ordering. "
