"I ordered APC UPS unit "H15" on Feb. 23, 2006 through online system and subsequently checked with the merchant for tracking number two days later. After 8 e-mails, 2-phone calls (with messages), and almost 3 weeks later, I asked my credit card to perform a chargeback. It was only then that the merchant replied to my e-mail for my request to cancel the order.
I have NEVER ever had bad online order before but I can't imagine this ever being worse. Zero response, zero answering of phone lines and zero customer service. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this merchant."
"The price was excellent. But I order the product on 12/06/05. Today is 1/24/06 and I still have not received my order. The customer service stinks because they have a phone number to call and you always have to leave a voice message. You can email customer service but it takes a 2 days to get a response. Today I am canceling my order."
