"I actually had a very positive experience with The Shutterbug. I ordered the Sony A77II from them and a few days after I ordered it, Sony started shipping it with a free grip. I contacted the store and asked them to ship me the grip, which they agreed to do. Unfortunately, they were out of stock at the time, but promised to send me a grip as soon as they received a fresh consignment. They were true to there word and promptly sent me the grip with free shipping!"

"Have you ever returned your purchase with cash the next day and had to wait 3 weeks for a check drawn on a N.Y. Bank? I did. I have never heard of that before and the staff was rude and acted like I was wrong for not understanding their policy. I will never buy from them again and I will forever let the world know of their ridiculous policy.
p.s. It was for $47.49.
