"I am a first customer who was trying to buy Windows 7 to upgrade my computer from windows vista to windows 7. I tried to place an order online and has troubles; therefore I called the customer services to get help since on their website, it's said you can order by phone as well. I called three times in the row since I was not getting clearly the information and assistance that I was looking for. The first call ended with the gentleman being sarcastic about my question he might found stupid. The second call was about my computer was not not processing my order properly given pop-ups and whether it was possible to take mo order. The answer was no, try again. The third call was to confirm that the order was not still going through so I'll use my work computer to make the purchase; but, is there any precautions to take since the purchased software is supposed to be delivered instantly on line through downloading. The gentleman yelled on me and won't listen to the reason why I asked my question. He simply hanged on me, which is rude and very rare in this king of business where good customer services require patience. No all customers buying software are not computer gig!!! Whether true or not there is no reason to hand on customer. "
