"I ordered a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M40x headphones with their free velvet earpads and half price hardcase deal. The price (minus the hardcase) was the same as on Amazon, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Before ordering, a friendly chap called Chris helped me by answering a bunch of questions about the products (specifically about the replacement cables for the headphones, which aren't quite available yet, unfortunately).

I placed my order and paid with my foreign Visa credit card, and was contacted by a guy called Daniel two business days later with a message saying that they couldn't accept my payment, and that it had been refunded (the refund appeared on my bank statement two days after this email). I was a bit disappointed, but they do have a disclaimer in their policies and in their checkout process about this, so it was really my own fault.

After a bunch of emails back and forth between me and Daniel (who was really friendly and helpful), and a day later (due to my busy schedule), I managed to pay for my order via PayPal, and Daniel made sure to rush my order so I would have it by the same time as I originally would have, had the order gone through without any issues.

I just received my package today, and everything is as it should be. The package was well padded with little styrofoam Cheetos, and everything is undamaged and working perfectly!

I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service I received both before and after placing my order, and I gotta say I'm a little surprised that they were willing to go through so much hassle for an order as small as mine.
