Had a very unpleasant experience with product return. First, store clerk name Coby didn't want to accept the product purchased online without receipt. He told me to contact "THEM" and get them mail me a new receipt and then come back. When I asked him to contact "THEM", the online department, he rudely ignored my request, and went to call a manager, shaking his head, like I am some kind of annoyance to him.
The exact quote from The Source Return Policy: “If you do not have a receipt a The Source Gift Card may be issued based on the lowest selling price of the product in the past 30 days.”
Then clerk name Dave showed up and, without hiding his hesitation, processed the return making sure it looks like he is giving me a favour. When I tried to ask him a question he put his hand in front and literally said: "Stop. I am processing your return". When I said that the return policy specifically describes "no receipt" situation he responded: "I am not interested in you telling me what it says online."
It took them 15 minutes and a phone call to another store to process the return. That's the day after Christmas...
I don’t blame Coby and Dave at all. There are lots of arrogant people who have no concept of customer service.

"Bought their brand product, Nexxtech wireless intercom, defective, doesn't work.
Goto their store for exchange but their service is very poor. Those sales service is very unfriendly, ask me lots of questions, test the product again and again. Finally, they exchange another one for me and test it again to show me it's working and don't complain.
Their service and manner make me feel very uncomfortable and feels like I'm trying to give them trouble. I will NEVER go to your shop again!!! Even the exchanged one still have problem, would rather wasted my $ better than get the poor service again.
Wrote an email to their customer service, but NEVER got a reply, just an auto reply email.
