"We purchased the Belize 800 from Spa Depot almost two years ago and it was worth every penny. The quality is excellent; we have not had any problems. The jets are strong and well placed. The price cannot be beat anywhere. It keeps heat well and our utility bill increase with the hot tub is very reasonable (probably about $20 average increase). The price is just so good and we love it so much that I give it five stars."

"I purchased a "Cover Genie Lifter" spa cover lifter for about 125 dollars. The quality of the product was very poor. After assembling the product, the very first time I attempted to use it, it broke. I emailed spadepot after disassembling the product and repackaging it for return. They refused to accept the return either for credit or refund. The email I received from the CSR, was rude. Although, she did give me the phone number of the manufacture. I'd avoid this company. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and buy from an organization that values quality. "
