"The space store was the only shop offering some patches I loved to have. So I ordered (about 180 USD worth) from Germany. After about a month not receiving my order I asked back at the space store and they told me, it was already delivered. So I contacted the german postal service and found out, that they unfortunately messed up delivery (I even don't know the reason, because they will only tell to the contractor, which is the space store) and this lead to my order returned back. During all that problems in delivery, which is legally the job of the seller, I didn't get any help from Mr. Brett Anderson (except for the question, if my address was correct) and had to contact USPS and Deutsche Post and try to track the order. Meanwhile 4 months have passed, my order may or may not be returned back to the space store and I didn't receive neither support or help from the space store nor a refund. I regularly write a mail to them asking, if they got the order back, but I don't receive any response. I tried to file a loss-report at USPS, but they won't help me, because I'm not the contractor."

He emailed me back the same day and by the next day had I had all the info I needed plus the tracking number! Great experience."
"The poorest communicator I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Despite trying to find an update on my order status several times without success I emailed the manager direct on two (2) separate occasions to see if he/she could help and guess what.....still no response.
