"Ordered a company logo "rubber" stamp, wood style, the detail is horrible, you need to stand on it to get a full image imprint, the wood is cut crooked, it looks like the vinyl/poly material they are calling rubber was cut out and pasted on the block of wood-it looked like a third-grader made it.
They also upsold me on a huge ink pad that I didn't need. I didn't realize it until after the fact. The ink pad is of poor quality also. 50 bucks for a piece of trash."
"I ordered a Rubber stamp and received a Photopolymer stamp. The product was clearly marked as a "Rubber" stamp on their website. What I received was an inferior (and less expensive to make) Photopolymer stamp which offers inferior detail and a shorter shelf life than a traditional rubber stamp. "

"I placed an order with this company for some stamps I use in my work to fix old documents and historical documents. I ordered rubber stamps and an embosser.
1- The product was very low quality and did not last more than 6 months. I had to throw them all out.
2- Instead of talking to me about the issue or refusing the order, this company contacted the police directly claiming it was a copyright/government stamp. Police did not even know why they were part of the issue but they had to finish the investigation. I explained to them the situation and it was over. They even made a joke about the company contacting them about stamps. So if you want to have the police knock on your door after placing an order, this is the company to go to.
3- Their photoshop/art staff are very elementary. "
