"Placed the order on 11/23/2023. 11/24/2023 my credit card was charged. 11/29/2023, received an email that the order had shipped. 12/5/2023 checked the tracking # and it says shipping label has been printed on 11/29/2023 BUT they are awaiting the arrival of the package. This is the only entry in the tracking log. It apparently HAS NOT been shipped! I immediately sent The Supplies Guys an email requesting an explanation. I did not receive a reply. 12/6/2023, called ***-***-**** for customer service, placed on hold and forced to listen to what sounded like funeral music. In this case the funeral music may be appropriate as they seem to be terminal! After an extremely long hold, I hung up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. The shocking thing about this is I have been a loyal customer for years and have always had excellent service and products. Based on my current experience and many, many online reviews, excellent service and good products is no longer a company practice! As of today, I have not been contacted by them."
"A while back I ordered toner which I never received because they shipped it to an old address from 2.5 years ago even though I have the correct address on their system. I charged back my credit card, in which they disputed the charge back and I was charged again. We'll by my mistake, September 2023, I ordered a toner cartridge again after checking my address was correct and GUESS what, sent to wrong address after email said it was shipped. Went to their website to track order and system says it can't be found. Call customer service on October 3, 2023, no answer so I pushed the button to have someone call me back and I would not loose my place in line.....NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!!!!

"I read the reviews on this site and others. They have Awesome Pricing so it posed the question of value. I called the company to make sure I could in fact get hold of a live person if there were any issues. They were very prompt with the answering of the phones with little button pressing and although very curt in reply, they answered all of my questions. I placed the order online, got free shipping and a discount on top of my order. Everything arrived the very next day. I installed the new toner cartridges and found one defective. I called them, they sent a new one out with a return label. They let me know they received the defective cartridge... I ordered more."

"WARNING! Do not be fooled by their low prices! Their products are junk! AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEE!! We purchased 4 toner cartridges for our hp a couple years ago. To date we still have over 80% toner left in them and they are leaking all over our printer. We showed the smudted pages to several repair companies and they said the problem is most defiantly faulty/leaking toner cartridges. So since our toner is still more than half full we called Supply guys. At first they were agreeable and said they “absolutely stand behind their 100% quality guarantee no matter when you purchase the products.” Then they asked me to send them photos and proof (they were hoping I didn’t have it I’m sure). I sent them my receipt, the supply status pages when I put them in (which I still had, I keep good records), the status page now (to prove how many pages were actually used on the cartridges), photos of the leakage, and photos of the serial numbers on the cartridges per their request. After all this they said “no we don’t think the toner is faulty we think they just need to be replaced” I said but my supply and page totals show they are still more than half full, please look again at the current supply page”’ I asked for a further explanation and they will not respond. I have emailed and called several times and they will not respond. I guess their policy is to just say NO as a matter of principle and see who is a squeaky wheel enough to try to get them to uphold their Guarantee! I have ALL the proof and MORE to show these are faulty. I even offered to pay the s&h to send them back so they could see for them. And now they are completely ignoring my request. WRNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I went with them because of their guarantee, but now even with proof of faulty cartridges they will not stand behind their products!! The leaking cartridges may cause other problems and ruin my entire printer! Shame on them for doing business this way!!"

I ordered 4 color toner cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow) for my HP Color Laser Jet Printer CP1518ni and carefully installed them soon after they came. The black only print was OK, but all colors blurred. When I replaced the cyan and yellow with 2 more Supply Guys cartridges, the colors still blurred, only worse. I called Supply Guys for help in December 5, 2014. Russell answered the phone; he didn't seem to think there was a serious problem. He told me that, if I would call back next day, he would guide me through a commonly done (according to him) "manual calibration" that would clear up the copies. I took his information but I didn't call back for a few days. When I did call, no one answered so I could only leave a message. Same thing the next three times I called. Russell never replied to my (polite) messages, nor did anyone else at Supply Guys.
My printer got worse; it began making a gray streak down the middle of the papers. I saw yellow powder accumulating on the cartridges and figured a cleaning was needed so I took my printer to a computer repair shop. I paid $35 for a diagnosis to learn that the powder had ruined the fuser and a replacement maintenance kit would be needed at the cost of $120 for the kit and $30 labor. The computer repairman said that the powder came out of the cartridge because it was not carefully or correctly filled. Diagnosis plus repair makes the Total cost: $185!!! And I still need replacement cartridges costing over $300 for the set of 4 from HP.
I will abandon the expensive HP printer and use the $150 to get a Brother MFC-J470 all-in-one plus a set of placement ink cartridges and still have change for dinner.
Again, unless you like to be cheated and lied to, avoid any contact with Supply Guys."
"After having used SG successfully for 4 years, I will never use them again. I had to return a couple of items. It ended up being the worst process ever. They nit-picked me to death, stalled and handed things off to other reps (one of which left suddenly.) They even reshipped me the wrong product!!! The whole process took over two months. AWFUL!"
