I bought some things from y'all and I was wondering more about the product as it ain't got much description and has blurry, low quality photos. So, I contacted customer service through their email about 3 times for different items as it says right there, "Please submit your comments below. We will respond to your request as soon as possible." Hell, ain't nobody responded to me at all, so I went in and bought blindly. Not a single response.
