"The phone was in the ad as NORTEL T-7316e New blah blah blah...when the phone arrived it was an AVAYA T-7316e...if the phone says AVAYA on it it should be advertised as an AVAYA not a nortel...now I have a system with 13 Nortel T-7316e's and one AVAYA T-7316e and on the order placed before this was advertised as 16 button prog. phone and the CO line buttons could not be programmed in any other location so it should have said 16 buttons, all excluding CO line buttons are programmable...wouldn't u think? It should say what it really is.
U order a phone when u really really need a phone and u don't have time for returning because of the little things...get it right or at least explain if the item is new it will say NORTEL or AVAYA cause u expect a NEW phone which is what I paid for would still say NORTEL and refurbished to be AVAYA and the last complete system I got was suppost to be NEW and I'm thinking it was refurbished...just a huntch no matter how many csr's tell me different.
