"If you buy from here you better be 100% sure, because to return something will cost you time, likely most of your purchase price and potentially a piece of your sanity. I bought a dog bike basket, which turned out to be way too heavy and cumbersome. My purchase price was $61. To return I had to pay 10% restocking, $15 of their shipping costs, and another $16 to ship - all told this cost me almost $40 for a product I never used. I should have just donated it to a dog adoption group."

"This website is terrible. Bad customer service - takes over a month for them to respond. Once they finally do, they tell you they are keeping the shipping fee that YOU paid and charging you 20 percent restocking fee. So basically you only get back half of what you originally were charged.
Their descriptions of items are very different than what you receive. Very disappointed and will not buy from them again."
