They said they were waiting for parts because Hoover closes for Christmas.Well its January 24th HOW LONG ARE THEY CLOSED FOR!!!!!
How can Hoover be in business when they close for over a Month(cough cough)
I will never shop here again and suggest you think twice if your thinking about it."
