"Ordered DVD from The Video Barn 12/4 and did not receive till 12/26 through Media Mail/USPS! Did not receive in time for Christmas!! Emailed several times asking for shipping info, but advised Media Mail and non-traceable. RESPONSES FROM COMPANY ARE AUTOMATED!! If buying through EBay, beware of automated and unjustified feedback from company if you leave anything but positive feedback."

"Ordered DVD from The Video Barn at a reasonable price. The shipping was listed as Priority Mail, so I purchased DVD. Had to email several times for shipping info. Was told it went out Media Mail and not Priority. Overchaged over 500% for shipping. Never received item. "
