"I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered here. The website does not accurately reflect what is in stock. I ordered something with 2 days shipping and they called to tell me they wanted to follow up with me, but didn't say why, and left no number to call back. I got in touch 3 days later to find out the order would be delayed by 2 days. Frustrating as I wanted to have it for Christmas, but OK two days is fine, and they said they would refund shipping and agreed to give me 10% off. Seemed reasonable. I willed out a survey telling them I was disappointed and got a nice email back, seemed promising. Well a week and 2 days later still nothing and no reimbursement notification. I called back and they now say they never had it in stock and it's back ordered and are saying I must have misunderstood. Impossible given I wrote an email confirming what I heard the woman say on the phone and did not get an email response correcting me. So now that I'm going to clearly cancel it's time to be rude...? Everything they sell you can find somewhere else so just avoid it! "
"So although this company sells good products, the customer service is pretty horrible. I ordered some Maxx II stabilicers and some replacement cleats and they sent me the wrong cleats. I tried to get them to send me the right cleats, but ended up having to deal with INDIA and I finally just gave up. And although they love to say "email them", they never respond. Sheesh!"
"I placed an order November 6th. They took my money from PayPal and I never received the 2 shirts I ordered. I sent an email 2 1/2 weeks later. I received an email response that said it would be 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks and no shirts I called them. I got a scripted reply about how it was on its way from the shipper, how they had contacted the warehouse and they'd be shipping it to me soon and had authorized it be done 2-day shipping. Called a few days later and an entirely different story about how it was out of stock and that they were sorry-yet it is STILL on the website and anyone can order it. I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes. We got disconnected. I hung up and called back to be told that the manager would call me right back. 30 minutes later and still no call. I called again, no answer and then to voicemail. Scam, scam, scam. Do NOT order from this store. They give you a line about how they are family owned and really try to help their customers. Ha! I left a message on their answering machine demanding they return my money immediately. We will see."
"I placed an order on Nov 1. I only received 2 out of the 3 items I purchased and no information was given. After a day, I called and customer service was closed. I then followed up with an email and a couple days later I received a response to my inquiry "Where is My Item?" I was told that the item was not in stock and I should give it about 10 days from the 4th. On the 14th I had not received item or any update. I emailed the company regarding the item and I was told that I could get the item in a different color (orange) instead of black, I declined. Fast Forward-------Nov. 20th, after no more updates, I decided to call and request a refund on Heated Headband. I believe that if a product/item is not in stock, it should be posted on the website before order is placed. "
"I have emailed twice; in the second email I was told I didn't have the right order number, but I doublechecked that and I did have the right one. I called three times; the first time I was told the hours were until 6:30; the second time I was cut off; the third time I was told the store was closed, that the hours only went to 6, but when I called it was 5:35.
My merchandise is defective; the battery does not charge; I've tried 6 times. I do not think I should have to pay to return defective merchandise.
And now I have to order from a different merchant and I'm not sure I'll receive the goods before I leave on my trip?

I decided to try their smallest product...unfortunately it was too large so didn't work. My return was simple and quick. They said they will contact me if they find the size I need.
