"I placed an order for a watch they supposedly had in stock and also paid for two day shipping. After waiting 8 days, I contacted customer service to find out why my order hadn't arrived. I was told that my watch had to be outsourced from a dealer. After another 7 days, The Watchery sent me an email stating that my order had to be canceled because the watch was out of stock. It's not worth buying from a company which doesn't deliver and where the customer has to take chances just to save a few dollars. There are better companies out there with good prices."
