The wine club is excellent, and offers a very good value to wine aficionados.
However, the membership card and information took about 10 days to deliver, which was too long of a time, especially since I requested a RUSH. I had called their 800 number to ask a few questions, including how long it was going to take, and the woman I talked to was very nice, but she had to refer me to the owner of the school to answer some of my questions. It took her boss until the next day until he called me. He was very polite, and he answered all my questions, which I have to give him credit for.
I really like the school, and I think their programs and classes are top-notch. However, I think they need to work on the speed of their customer service. "
