I reviewed them on shopperapproved which I received an email from and figured since I am so happy with the service, I will write one here (why not, I already told everyone in my office about them since we all use Apple phones). Service and products work great with my Apple phone (can never have enough chargers since we all steal eachothers around here). The free car charger was a nice added bonus. Great prices, order received quickly, what more can you ask for. I know where to go now and so do my co-workers. "
"Ordered and received two iphone 5 certified charging cables. Received the product in a few days and all was good. Two weeks latter one cable stopped charging period and the other started receiving the not apple product and then would stop working. Emailed The Wireless Boys and got a computer generated reply that some would contact me in 48 hours. Been waiting a month and cannot find anybody to speak with at the company.
Wrote a bad review on their website about the product and it never got posted, Stay away!!!! "

"DO NOT be fooled by this company....they sell & misrepresent 'Apple' products. We ordered a docking station for our iPhone 6... Received the message that the device was not connected to a 'certified' piece of equipment so it wouldn't charge the iPhone. I called and spoke with Chris...he had the audacity to tell me there was no way we received this message...(we've taken a picture of the phone sitting in the docking station with the message) the conversation went down from there. Chris said we could return the docking station and he'd issue credit only if he received the same message after hooking up the device...this is why we took the picture. They have NO customer service...he laughed at me! I have 30 years of customer service experience and this company doesn't care about their customers or the products they sell!!!"

"I will not order from this company. their customer care people, Rich James specifically, are not very professional. The shipping notice I received showed two USB cables and One car charger. I emailed them and explained that my order confirmation showed TWO of EACH. Rich James emailed me back that he was cancelling my order because "it" clearly states it is ONE free item per order. He further accused me of stealing and mail fraud! I HOPE HE TRIES TO SUE ME BECAUSE I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK SUPPORTING MY STATEMENT AND HE WOULD PROBABLY WIND UP WITH A SLANDER SUIT. "I ordered a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone 5 from them because it was cheap and they said it was an Apple product. The cable did not charge. Nothing happened when I plugged it in. I sent them an email and they shipped a new plug. It, too, did not work anywhere--various wall plugs, my usb port on my MacBook, nowhere! I wrote back and they again were shocked that it did not work. They are sending me a return label and full refund. Neither they nor I know why this cable did not work for me. TWB said they tested it and it worked at the office. But they offered to refund my money and take the cables back. So you can see, they are good guys and the service was excellent. "
"Not impressed with this company at all. When original order arrived, it was not the items that I ordered and one item was missing. Spoke with Chris, he apologized and had me send back the wrong items. He did send out the correct order fairly quick. However, the item that was missing from the 1st order was sent but wrong color. Returned on 12/8 with instructions to refund money. Still waiting......."

I ordered 4 USB cords for my Iphone 5 - NONE of them work. By the time I switched ports over and over with all 5 cords, I realized it was my NEW cords that didn't work - any of them - 14 days had passed.

"I placed my order on the 4th, delivery was expected in 4 to 7 days, after 20 days still have not received the item. Contacted them on the 14th, they said it was shipped and I should have it no later than the 21st. By tracking it was not shipped til 22nd, and sent regular USPS, worst customer service, NO communication, I wish I had never ordered from them. "
"Ordered 2 6 foot iPhone chargers. Getting the delivery confirmation took nearly a week. So it took nearly a 2 weeks to receive the items I ordered. I ordered 2 iPhone 5s desktop chargers. I opened one and it will not work with my case. I sent a return request 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. Everything with these guys seem to be slow! "

1. The item/adapter in their online picture is not what I received
2. The item therefore is not working correctly now
3. Tried their online RMA process and it won't submit
4. Called them and a guy answered the phone and hung up
5. Kept calling back with no answer or return call
At this point looks like they keep my cash and I am left holding a bag of useless goods."
