We wanted to use the same style as the hardware that was already there, but each towel rod from Pfister was 60 bucks - way too expensive for a super basic contractor grade piece of hardware. BathOutlet had an alternative brand, much more reasonably priced and darn close in looks to the Pfisters, and excellent sturdy quality. Every bit as fine as the existing Pfister towel rods and hooks. Good job BathOutlet!"

"Not once did the vendor send anything to me regarding the order, I could not directly communicate with them because they had not given me an order number. I had to send two requests to them through PayPal and then escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim before they responded to PayPal after the ordered item had been delivered. The item is acceptable ad delivered. If it were not, I would have to institute another PayPal claim because I still do not have an order number or invoice."

"The chromed brass shower rack was shipped quickly and was just as described. Easy installation and looks very well made although it was a bit pricey. I don’t mind paying for a good quality product though as long as it’s made well and looks nice as this one does. "

"The BEST Service. Maureen is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. She quickly sent a replacement sink to replace the one that was warped. Even overnighted it at no cost due to my deadline. Just Wow!!
The Worst - The second scarabeo rectangle sink was also warped (only in the opposite direction)- leaving a 3/8 inch gap at opposite corners requiring far too much caulk to look good. Due to a deadline it had to be installed because the stone counter had been cut to fit only that model of sink. Now I am stuck with a warped sink. Bottom line. DO buy from from TheBathOutlet because they will treat you very well. Just don't buy a scarabeo rectangle sink, as the manufacturer clearly has serious quality issues. "

As the contractors needed the shower right away, I bought another shower from The Bath Outlet. It is beautiful and I received it thru FedEx in 2-3 days. Unfortunately, a piece for damaged while in transit and they replaced it by sending me a new one and saving me the hassle of returning the damaged piece. Overall, I can say that their customer service is on point, they take pride in what they do and they stand by their quality. I called them and someone answered the phone right away and solved the issue. Unlike the experience I had with the other company where no one could tell me when I would receive the shower, the bath outlet, was great and I highly recommend it. "
