Their products are outstanding in quality, they have a wide selection of styles and materials, and in the few instances when I ordered something that didn't work for me, returns were easy and my account was credited back promptly. I am a totally satisfied customer and recommend them wholeheartedly."

"Ordered my merchandise with the understanding that would be delivered within 5-7 days.
First issue- Back order, which delays another week. I was not notified...I was looking for my delivery.
Second issue- we are mailing one item....9 days later...but we are not going to expedite delivery.
Third issue-another item is still on back order until December 23rd. Again, I wasn’t notified. You must go looking for the information.
Fourth Issue-Lack of Transparency!!! Is this a real vendor?"

"I recently purchased a sink from the Bath Outlet. The sink was packed so well it took me over ten minutes to get it out of the box - padding plus spray foam. The sink is perfect. I did call company with a question and their customer service was excellent. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!"

"The towel bars were, for what reason I cannot determine, delivered to the wrong address. While the delivery service shruggest its shoulders, the Bath Outlet did not. They followed up and finally the towel bars arrived. I was pleased."
"Shopping online can be tricky sometimes especially when buying "high end" items. I remodeled my bathroom in October 2017 and purchased an Italian Rain shower head / and hand shower from The Bath Outlet. A few days ago, my shower head started leaking badly. I called them to see if I could just buy a replacement head for my particular shower. They had me send a picture (I also sent a short video) of the problem. The same day they contacted me to say they were sending out a replacement head for FREE (not even charging for the shipping). That there must have been a defect in the original shower head. This is 3 YEARS after my original purchase. As a business person, I always say that in order to judge a business you need to see how they handle problems. Needless to say I highly recommend this website. Kudos for going that extra mile to keep THIS customer happy. In return, I'm happy to recognize their great customer service. Nice to know there are companies like this. So if anyone needs bathroom fixtures they are a great place to shop. They obviously stand behind the products they sell."
