"I have used them 5 times. I hadn't purchased from them in 2 years. Now I remember why. At least twice I ordered the Deluxe size. They tell you specifically how many flowers you will receive. 2 times that I can remember the bouquet was significantly smaller than what I purchased. My recent order I was supposed to get 30 flowers and only got 20.
I contacted customer support and they are crediting back $15, but that really isn't enough. I wanted the larger bouquet and basically got and paid for the smaller one. They should have done more if they wanted to keep me as a customer.
I have to say the quality was very good. Most of the buds had not opened when they arrived, so they last a long time and are very beautiful; however, I almost think they don't expect the recipient to know how big a bouquet they should be getting and short change you."
"The flowers were not fresh for Valentines Day 2018; the flowers were too desiccated--the ends were curled, dry, and dead. She was not pleased. Was a waste of money. So much for "fresh from the farm." AVOID. They also offer only the minimum and try to overcharge in upselling to pad the bill. The result is that you pay as much as if you had a local florist deliver. This is a crap company with pretty marketing. AVOID."
"I had two failed Mother's Day deliveries, to different places, from different sources, both failed! The first arrived on time but was a horrific excuse for a bouquet. Like 6 flowers, all of them ROTTED and arrived flat in a box and looking like trash. Aww, they offered a credit so I could order from them again - but wouldn't pay for next day delivery so they'd make it by Mother's Day.
Oh, that is until they got blown up on via Twitter! Look at that quick response! Had a second delivery that worked out the next day, but that shouldn't have required so much effort on my part.
Second delivery was supposed to be delivered Friday before Mother's Day, it's now Monday and no sign of it. Great.
I'd never recommend this company."
"I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers were beautiful. They arrived as ordered a few days before Mother's Day. Most of the blooms were closed or about to bloom, which was great, because they had a longer life.
However I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet. I picked the middle option. It did not appear to have as many lily blooms as indicated online. If I had not used a Living Social coupon for the purchase along with a website advertised sale (making it significantly less expensive), I would have called to address the issue.
The most disappointing part was the company sent me an email for my review of the purchase. I provided the same feedback as above, and they did not respond. That indicates to me they do not strive for customer satisfaction. Accordingly I will not order from them again ... unless I perhaps I have another Living Social coupon and them advertising a website discount.
The product was beautiful and delivered as requested, but the substance was a let down."
"Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, to be delivered Friday prior. Were delivered the day AFTER Mother's Day and were wilted, flattened and dying. Didn't contact my Mother or myself about delayed order. Contacted them about the issue and they only offered store credit for a future purchase in the same amount as my order.
