"The Recovering the Lost Art of Cooking course is superb. It takes one from the very basics, giving informative lesson and great tips, as well as easy to follow recipes. In addition, the online book presents an indepth reference for review, after each lesson.
The only drawback and the reason I didn't give the course 5 stars was the mechanics of the online version. By that I mean one cannot go back to a particular part once the lesson is finished. It seems one has to listen to the entire lesson again until it reaches the part I wanted to review, in particular."
