"I ordered a course that was to be sent to me by FedEx at the cost of $ 10 for shipping. The shipment was shown to have left the warehouse on February 25 and as of today it has not been delivered? Regular USPS would have been faster and cheaper.
On another note I ordered a photography course for my grand daughter in UK as a Christmas present. It was to be sent by the internet to download. Despite three calls and attempts it is still not been delivered through the internet for downloading. May be now they can send me the CDs and I will hand carry the CDs with me on my trip to UK"
