"We love Honest Kitchen. Shopping and ordering is easy. Our main issue is, and this has happened with every order, the tracking information says the package will arrive by end of day Friday, then by end of day Saturday, then by end of day Sunday... Then it just arrives whenever. We live in a rural area where Honest Kitchen is not available, so we have to drive about an hour to pick some up. We would have picked some up out of town had the tracking not shown it was arriving that evening. Our dogs had to go without (the base mix, not food) for a few days because of this."
"Easy enough to order and buy but my tracking said I was to get my food Sat, Then it changed to Sunday. On Monday still had not arrived and I had problems finding my tracking no again I'll call tomorrow if it doesn;t come but I worry it will get wet as it's supposed to pour.I ordered a week ago."

"I thought I would give Honest Kitchen a try after hearing about it from a friend. I ordered small sizes of chicken, turkey, and beef to see if my dog would eat them. I didn't think he'd show a preference, but he did. He absolutely LOVES the chicken but didn't care much for the turkey & beef. So I have a virtually full box of turkey and beef, and started on a recurring delivery of the chicken since he scarfs it down. Great food which has helped with his appetite and healthier/more regular bowel movements. Will continue to order & refer friends!"
