"I like how the box shows when the food was produced, but I am concerned about the length of time it recommends it is good. I received the food with less than half of a year in its usefulness. I had planned to use the food as supplemental for the food my dog was already eating; now I fear that it'll expire before I get to use it all. Shipping was super speedy."

They look forward to each meal (which always wasn't the case) and devour their food as soon as it's set down. The concierge program is perfect for our very frequent orders, and the rewards program makes the frequent orders more rewarding. Although it is very hard to speak to anyone when you call, they do return emails and voicemails fairly quickly. Their program is very flexible and it is very easy to make changes using their website and shipping is super fast (probably because we live close to San Diego). This is definitely worth the price, knowing that your "kids" are healthy and happy!"
