Now here are the reasons we liked it so much: limited amount of ingredients means no wired stuff or chemicals, non GMO, it's food grade :), didn't give my dog digestive issues even though I didn't ease her into it, she didn't have any problems eating after a tooth extraction, I can give her wet food without all the garbage and its affordable in comperison to other high end dog foods, and of course my dog loves it.

"I first got Honest Kitchen for my cat through a pet boutique I work at. Our groomer manager swears by it for her Pomeranians, and made us carry it in the store. I was learning a lot about pet diets, especially for cats, and wanted to switch my own cat to better food. My cat, however, is extremely stubborn. I felt like I was in a cooking competition and she was the judge yowling at me for every mistake. She will never, ever give up her Fancy Feast in the morning, but she always had dry food in the afternoon, so I figured I could at least replace that, and maybe someday (ideally) also her Fancy Feast breakfast. So when I tried Honest Kitchen for the first time, I was not expecting much, which is exactly what happened. She gave it a sniff, then gave me a look, and if I wasn't the only contestant in our home kitty food 'baking' show, then I would have been voted out twice over. Worst of it was when I actually had her taking a couple bites out of it some days, but had to travel away and the person watching her could only feed her dry food. I lost a month's worth of progress from that! I've been mixing it with her dry food, and still am but less significantly (it's more like sprinkles on top at this point). But now it's 2-3 months and I have her hooked. It was a battle of wills, but I kept at it every day. She actually seemed disappointed when I emptied the first box and had to give her dry food for a day. I ordered a second box (she has the Prowl) and a sample of the Grace/Turkey, because I didn't want to try another flavor without her approval. Turns out she sucked down that turkey flavor like a black hole, so I know what I will be ordering next time. If you're reading this and frustrated because you also have a brat cat who makes you feel like you're competing in Hell's Kitchen, then this is your sign to never give up!!!"

"The food is great, but their customer service has declined recently. I have had the order referenced below in their system since December 3. I have yet to receive confirmation that it has shipped. Their shipping has gotten progressively slower over the past few months. I have been a member of their Autoship Concierge Club for a couple of years. Shipment of my orders used to be very timely, but as of late have gotten progressively slower, to the point I have run out of food a couple of times.
