"Service is phenomenal. We can make last minute changes to product(s) and/or delivery date and absolutely no problem. They carry great products that our pet literally devours and we know they are safe human grade ingredients. Can't imagine purchasing from anyone else. "

"First, the cons:
My first thought when going through the instructions was, "wow, this is a lot of work..." It seems inconvenient, and actually timely.
One of my dogs, a border collie, did NOT like the food - at all. I think it was the texture more then anything. It was green goop... but it smelt like the real deal. The dog spit it out immediately, all over the floor.
The Pros:
I have an older Jack Russell with stomach issues. I actually ordered with her and my older German Shepard in mind. She started throwing up that morning which usually means going to the vet and spending $500-1000 to get her back. I gave her the digestive assistance that came with the sample and she stopped throwing up and loved the food - as did the GSD.
Ultimately, I think it's the dogs decision. :-)"

"My order consisted of the HK t-shirt. It's unisex, so it's loose in the body and snugger at the bottom (around my womanly hips!). Wish it were cut for a woman.

PS - I'd LOVE it if you guys came out with a food using organic meat.

"We tried all the samples and there was not one that Annie did not devour. I love the fact that now she is eating meals that give me peace of mind. I just add sardines, chicken, or turkey. She was getting very finicky with her commercial dog food. I had started adding flavor to it to have her eat. Still, some times even that did not work (she used to love that food). Now she loves it. I also noticed that she does not get hungry between meals. And I will probably stop giving her pumpkin (she was easily constipated) since this food has the right amount/combination of fiber. Win-win. I am very happy with the change. There is another "treat" here. I love your customer service. Thanks."
