"I was pleased with the products ingredients and ease of use. My cats however really seem to prefer the crunch of their dry food and although they ate the food all up and seemed to enjoy it, they sat there by the dish and waited for their kibble. I would consider continuing to offer Honest Kitchen foods to them as additional nutrition and a treat for their diets, but I don't believe I would be able to sustain my kitties entirely on what we sampled. "I was issued a 10% coupon code via email which I used for this order. Upon checking out, I was only given 5% off my order. I inquired twice with Honest Kitchen and was told that I had input the 5% coupon code. I didn't even HAVE a 5 % code NOR did I manually input any code. I simply clicked on the coupon email that took me directly to the website and I followed instructions for placing the order from there----never input any code at all as it said it had already taken the discount off automatically. HK would not honor the discount they offered me. Instead I was told they would issue me another 10% coupon. Why would I want that AFTER I had already placed and paid for an order??? HK is not cheap and I've been a customer for 4 years and recommended their products to my numerous dog and cat customers. It's a shame they will lose that vote of confidence over $5. But I don't support businesses that don't honor their word or take care of their customers. "
