"I have fed my dog this food since she was a puppy. Since that time her food allergies have become known - severely limiting what she can eat - even from THK. The customer support at THK has been wonderful in helping me narrow down the issues and directing me to diets that work for her. Now they just came out with 2 more that she can eat (limited ingredient and no flax seed)! We are so happy! Chris with the concierge club is amazing and so helpful. We are super huge fans. The one product I miss (OH MY GOD DO I MISS IT) is their quiet time tea. My dog is HIGH energy and when we have dinner parties I would take her hiking and swimming and at the end - I was the only one who was tired. The tea helped calm her so that when people would come over she was not losing her mind in the excitement. I know they dropped this due to different States having different restrictions - but it was a great product. We also love the Beams and Wishes for treats and my dog LOVES the bone broth! Overall I have just been thrilled with this company. It is the only food I trust and I am so glad I found them!!"
