"I was quite unhappy that I placed this order and less than 10 hours later you offered a sale of $10.00 off per box. My order wasn't shipped yet and I contacted you and asked for the sale price. You wouldn't honor the sale price. You are the only company I have dealt with that has not honored the sale price. It was ridiculous that you would not credit me for the sale price. I have been a long term customer and was instrumental in getting Pets Choice in Modesto to carry your food. I feel ripped off and not appreciated as a customer!"
