"I was a little angry at first having never received the package, maybe someone stole it, we have had a rash of homes broken into here recently, so it's possible someone saw the package and took it. If that's the case I hope they were thoroughly dissapointed to find dog food inside. I am sure your company tries to make pets and owners happy, that was my original impression, so you'll get the benefit of the doubt. In hindsight it's only $2.50.
