"Had a dreadful experience with this shop recently. Ordered a Christmas present in late November - 2 of same item. Only one was sent. The only way to contact this company is through a really cumbersome online messaging process, where you only ever get an auto-response, making it very clear that my messages were never actually read or acted on. In the end, I had to go and buy the item elsewhere (on Christmas Eve), and I still haven't had a refund for the item from Thehut.com. Customer service has been appalling. "
"Be aware of this company. I bought jacket from them and after two days my order was canceled, reason was stated, that I wanted it to deliver to the commercial, parcel forwarding service. There wasn't any mention about this at their terms and conditions page. I could change also delivery address to my home address if they asked me about. I was offered to order again, but after two days, price of the item was increased two times by the company, so it's clear, why my order was canceled."
