Pathetic service, not all features working and there is no one to resolve it. In chat session some prototype answers are given. Today, still waiting for answer for last 1 hour in the chat session. But there is no one out there. Asking for full refund, but don't think I will get the refund. They are just refusing the refund in so many other ways than saying "NO" directly. They will only ask you to contact them in this regard again and again and no refund will be issued."
