"I ordered a microwave cart. What I received was the correct style but not the correct finish. I contacted customer service and Emma’s explained how to share a photo of what I received. They contacted the manufacturer and was told it was in fact correct. But since it wasn’t what I was expecting they would allow me to return it free of charge and set up pick for shipping. Instead I got a call a couple days later stating they know knew exactly what happened with this cart. It wasn’t labeled corrected and I received a completely unfinished cart. What I thought I was ordering and what the image for the item I ordered was actually a cinnamon/espresso finish. He then arranged for the incorrect cart to be picked up and no return fee and immediately had the correct finished cart sent to me. I received it in less than a couple days. The delivery guy dropped of the new cart and picked up the other one. It was so simple. I was so surprised to have someone personally call me and tell me they figured out the problem and then immediately corrected it. To know that they were still working on it after I was told at first it was the correct cart shows just how much they care about their customers. The cart is a quality too. I’m very pleased with the item I purchased and the above and beyond level of customer service. Definitely recommend shopping here. "
