I also had serious problems trying, unsuccessfully, to reschedule the UPS order when I was not available on the scheduled delivery date. I will watch the Simple Store page in the future based on my experience with them."

"I had never shopped at simple stores before, but they had exactly what I was looking for at a price that was less than all competitors. Highly skeptical, a quick search of the internet revealed the store to be legitimate and highly regarded. So I gave them a try.
The website was simple and easy to use. I received an email that order was placed and a follow-up email when the order had shipped. The order arrived directly from the manufacturer, well-packed and undamaged. All around great experience!
For improvement, I would suggest they wait until an order has shipped before charging the customer (I believe I saw a pending charge on my cc before the order was shipped...but I could be mistaken). Also a few more status values may help a customer better know the current state of their order. My order was in "Processing" for a while before it changed to "Shipped", so the generic term "Processing" doesn't really give a good idea of the current state of the order.
All in all, a great experience!

"FedEx delivered our furniture today--not assembled in (3) boxes--and would Not bring it to the front door to be put in the living room after being assembled. There was only 1 guy and he wouldn't bring it upstairs and would only leave it downstairs. He wasn't rude, he just wouldn't put it where I needed it.
I don't even know if the furniture is ok. One of the boxes has the corner torn off and all the boxes look like they've been tosseled around.
I will have to see...................
As for the company, they sent the furniture really fast--just the FedEx end of it was not good--and they should get another delivery option."
