We had ordered the same set from another seller a few years ago for our older daughter, which arrived damaged and took 3 tries to get it right. The Simple Stores had better packaging and everything was in proper order when we received it, so we were pretty happy it arrived undamaged on the first try!"

"The two end tables ordered arrived much earlier than expected which was good. I called Simple Stores when I discovered that both tables had some scratches on the drawer fronts and they responded immediately and had replacement drawers shipped which arrived within a week. The tables and subsequent drawers were well packed so I have to assume that the damage occurred before they were packed/shipped during the manufacturing process. I paid less for the tables and got them much sooner than had I ordered from local store. I was pleased with Simple Stores' customer service. THeir agent was very respectful and tried hard to please the customer. I would definitely order from them again. They have earned their BBB A+ rating."

Checked the status on the 19th and it had not ship so called to find out the adjusted shipping date. Was told they would email me. Next day received an email saying we have good news and bad news. The bad news is we don't have your item, the good news is we aren't going to charge you for it. "

"I placed an order for a product sold out pretty much everywhere online and it said it would ship in 1-3 days. Apparently, there's a shipment delay and it's now been a week and nothing. If the item comes in, great, but rarely do I order from places not as popular as Wayfair and Target. Won't be ordering from them again. If you're needing something NOW, I'd go somewhere else."
