"I bought a sideboard but it was damaged by the carrier- I couldn’t tell until we removed most of the packaging, but the piece looked like the back of it had been kicked in. I called customer service and was told the carrier would pick it up in a couple of days ( we had to re-package it somewhat). They immediately ordered another sideboard for me, and I think they put a rush on it and I had it just a couple of days later. I wasn’t charged any shipping costs whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again."
