"I had a harder than usual phone to unlock, and it would only be unlocked by software and not number codes. The unlocking company sent me all the information that I needed through email, and how to connect with the company. I did everything required, and the phone was successfully unlocked. The only downside I encountered was a bit of a wait, to connect via email instructions, but well worth the wait."

“Hello Andrew, i am sorry you feel that way, after conversing with our technicians, they stated you unfortunately required a new chord as the chord you were using was kicking on and off preventing the task from being completed
Without the new chord or even original chord we were unable to perform the task and our technician asked you to contact the sales department for a refund.
It is hard to get tone through live messaging through our software portal and we do apologize if you portrayed what our technician was saying as rude. ”
