"This company gives the best unlocking prices, and is very reliable. My unlock code came after 5 business days, which is still within their promised delivery time. My code took a bit longer to arrive due to the make of the phone. After the code arrived, it was simple to unlock the phone. "
"Entered the required info into the form and within a few hours, received my unlock code! Could not have been a smoother process and recommending all of my buddies to TUC!
Thanks again!"
"The process could hardly be simpler! Enter the IMEI and carrier, put in credit card info, and wait a bit for the code to be e-mailed. Worked on the first try!"
"In January 2019 I paid The Unlocking Company $25 and then another $35 to permanently unlock my pre-paid Verizon iPhone 6s Plus to use on Verizon post-paid account. Over the next 3 months I removed the the cell phone sim card to place in my second cellular phone. Each time (3 times in total) I put the sim card back into my “unlocked” iPhone it locked up. Each time I called Verizon and argued with them to unlock the phone again because, as I told each Verizon Operator, I had paid TUC to unlock the phone. Each time I was told that the phone was not unlocked and needed to pay them $30 plus taxes to unlock the phone, which was the equivalent of a month’s service. I paid Verizon the $30+ and got the phone permanently unlocked. I contacted The Unlocking Company and they reimbursed me $30 of the $60 I paid them. It still cost me $30 and I received nothing in service for the service as was described in their website. "
"I was charged $60 and never fully had my phone unlocked. Three times in 3 months i had to argue with Verizon Pre-paid to get the phone to work on Verizon Post-paid because the iPhone was never permanently unlocked as i was told by TUC. I then had to pay Verizon $32 to unlock the phone permanently. The Unlocking Company did give me $30 back of the $60 that i paid them originally. But for the $30 i paid them i got three months of a “sort of” unlocked phone until i pulled the sim card out and then had to argue with Verizon Post-paid that it was unlocked.
Go through you carrier instead of risking money loss."
"I had initially gotten my Galaxy note 9 which was locked to AT&T. As soon as I put in the request to get the device unlocked, a staff member kept on following up with me about the process and walked me through the entire process of unlocking the phone. They were really helpful in answering all my questions and were really helpful. I would recommend the unlocking company to anyone in a heart beat.
Thank you UNLOCKING COMPANY."
"Quick and easy. Lives up to the website. Use with confidence "
"Got my code within a 36 hour period and worked like a charm.
This is the second time I'm doing business with, and I'd do it again if I had to."
"Nice price, resolutive code"
"Once communications were up they helped me right through everything "
"I THOUGHT MY MONEY WILL BE WASTED! I WAS SO OVERWHELMED WHEN I ENTERED THE CODE IT WORKED! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OTHERS! IF YOU WANT YOU CAN EMAIL ME OR COMMENT IF YOU WANT ME TO REASSURE YOU WITH THEIR SERVICE I WILL PROVE IT! THANK YOU!"
"I have never been happier. I will recommend to anyone I know. "
"AWESOME!
Great rate and very fast"
"I am a REAL person and after hearing many people telling me not to trust online unlocking services I was very skeptical. However, I went for it anyway and I am SO glad I did. I had my code emailed to me in just 3 days! So easy and quick and I will definitely be recommending The Unlocking Company to anyone who needs their phone unlocked. Not to mention, they have great customer service!
Thank you!!"
"First time unlocking a phone, y'all made it super easy. I will reuse you for another phone. Thank you"
"very easy process. good communication. highly recommended"
A rep from The Unlocking Company, TheUnlockingCompany.com, has responded:
“We unlocked the Verizon iPhone, you were trying to use the same Verizon carrier but because the phone was on an existing Verizon account they would not allow it to be used on another Verizon account until the IMEI was closed out of the already existing account. We refunded you 50% for the added step, and then Verizon had you pay the $30 to change the phone from one account to another Verizon account. You refused to try any other friends Sim card from another carrier outside of Verizon so we could show you it was unlocked. the review is unwarranted as you refused to even test another carrier outside of the already locked Verizon carrier. So you got a network unlock code for 50% off to use any carrier outside of Verizon and you paid Verizon to change of the IMEI to another account. ”
