"I decided to select Whiz Cells to sell my Pixel 7 phone. Frankly, it was in good condition with a couple of scratches on the side bottom. The screen and camera area were perfect. To my eye, the back of the phone had NO visible scratches.
After inspection, the store downgraded my device to poor and offered me $70 less in trade-in. There is no way it was in a poor trade-in state.
I asked to have it shipped back. The store said it would. I was not given a tracking number until I asked for it two days later. In the time, USPS claims it was delivered to me. I cannot locate it. Its gone.

"I had a great experience with WhizCell. They processed my phone quickly and gave me the amount they quoted. Communication was excellent as well.
A couple of tips: My iPhone was made of Titanium, which made it much more resistant to scratches. However, some phone materials collect scratches more easily.
Also, when I mailed it, I added extra padding and cardboard to make sure the phone was safe from mishandling by the Post Office.
