"I sent in two Verizon wireless iPhones that I bought new at a Verizon store. After I accepted the offer and sent them in I got an email saying that they were paying a lot less because their computer said they were T-Mobile phones. I emailed back very agitated and it got resolved but I suspect they have done that to other customers before so I would be careful about any discrepancy in what they offer versus what they pay in the end. Once I offered to send copies of my installment agreement with Verizon for the two identical phones things got fixed. "
