"I was offered $100 for my old phone. I sent it in and then got an email saying the home button didn't light up anymore, therefore the offer would be reduced to only $70. The funny thing is the home button doesn't light up on that phone. I felt snookered but what was I to do. I accepted the new offer of $70. Very frustrating."
