"Went onto their website, filled in whatever information they needed from me about the condition of my phone, got an estimate right then and there, and just packed and sent in my phone. Tracking was included, so I could make sure that my phone arrived at their location safely. They accepted the condition of my phone and sent me a check in the mail that arrived a few days later. It was an easy deal. However, I will say that I sold them a flawless, like new, LG G4, so that may be the reason why the transaction was so smooth compared to other customers. YMMV."
