"I ordered 2 park brake cables and was told that one was on back order so they sent me that one they had in stock and later they sent me the other. It took a little while for the second one to arrive. Every time I called them I got an answer and got called back as to when they expected the back order. Very polite and professional. I will use Wrench Monkey again. Great prices."

"Ordered a part and payed for overnight shipping. Part was listed as in stock and I had received a order confirmation via email that my order was received so I proceeded to tear my engine down to prepare for installing the part the next day only to find out later that evening that the part sold was not in stock. A number to call was left but they where now closed so I called it the next morning to explain how there lack of inventory had left me with no vehicle. No apologies where made just a " we will get back to you when we find a part that works" No time frame was given on how long this may take.. so I guess I'm supposed to just sit here and wait for who knows how long for a part that they might find?? I don't think so. I called the dealer and got the part $10 cheaper than buying it from the wrench monkey who later that night emailed me saying they couldn't find the part. Well thanks for nothing. "

June 29 ordered parts all showed in stock
July 2nd WM emailed me stating some parts would come from another warehouse as they did not have stock.
my response same day, confirmed vehicle and didn't mind a small wait
July 3 order processed and paid
July 7 no shipping details came I emailed them
July 8 email response from WM and was told parts would be shipped on the July 9 Via email
July 12 sent email no response
July 15 left VM and messaged on FB no response
July 16 VM and still no response
looking for a refund now as I'm out parts and over $200
If no response within 24 hours I'll contact my CC company and see what I can do, as well as the BBB and further posts explaining my experience with WM"

First the delivery was late, the part they shipped was the wrong part. I have called 3 times with no response, I have emailed 5 times with no help with the returning process had to go to another store to get the wright part or lose the business.
I am no out $104.40 and the time wasted trying to deal with them."
"I needed front and rear pads and rotors for my vehicle. The website showed all parts except for the front rotors. As I wanted quality parts at a good price I emailed them and asked if they could get the rotors. They returned my email within 1 day and said they would order the parts and I would have them in 2 to 3 weeks. All parts were on the website, I ordered them and had what I wanted within the 3 weeks and no shipping charge. This is the 3rd order I have placed with them and are very happy and would use them again."
"I ordered parts online. Website says in stock on several part numbers. They obviously order from somewhere else and then ship. The 4 parts I ordered (I found out from another source) were not in stock at the remanufacturer at any warehouse in North America, yet Wrenchmonkey show stock but don't physically have it! No answer ever on toll free or local line."

I found out after I ordered that there are reviews here for "The Wrench Monkey" and "TheWrenchMonkey" Same company but with different ratings.
After ordering I get an email stating that some of my parts are not "in stock at this time." They said they could sell me another brand which are a little more expensive normally but would provide them at the same price in this case. Oh lucky me ... BAIT AND SWITCH! Looking at the invoice they charged me PST even though I'm not in Ontario. I tried calling them but each time the phone just rang and rang then some music would play then I'd get disconnected.
Items not in stock, switching brands, extra charges, can't speak with anyone, bad reviews ... Wrench Monkey? more like Monkey Business! I won't be buying anything from them again! "
"I had to reach out to customer service a few weeks after ordering a part, I had still not received it. They told me they had sent me an email that they did not have the item in stock...I never received that email. Waited weeks for nothing."
"Bought a variety of parts for my 1996 Buick Park Avenue that qualified for free shipping.
Parts arrived close to scheduled delivery date but the order was short 1 of the parts.
After completing repairs I had left over unused parts that I received approval to return for refund, less shipping, to which I agreed.
Value of parts returned was approx. $100 and the refund issued (approx. 1 month later) was $42, so I asked for their calculation of the refund.
I went to Canada Post and used their calculator and the return postage was less than $22 for the package I sent back, yet their calc for shipping was over $50.
I am still waiting for an explanation for the extra $30+ shipping charge that has not been refunded.
Unfortunately I will not deal with them again."
