"Great product - ordered a philips computer speaker setup - excellent delivery speed, packing, and the product is as described, and very good. I've been happy with my past few orders from Thingfling"
"Ordered a refurbished PC speaker and it's delivered in 4 days. Very fast if you ask me. The whole order was smooth and really recommend the store to anyone but don't take all my good deals you found on Thingfling."
"Items arrived quickly without any problems."
"Fast shipping. Box was a little damaged but product was fine, could have been from post office handling. "
"Shipped out the UPS quickly and had a lot of extras I wasn't expecting. No problems with the order and I really enjoyed the extra surprises."
"Good price on new product just as advertised on Thingfling. Arrived when promised."
"Yesterday night I received my CD holders, and my whole family liked them! I gave some to them and overall it was another great Fling!"
"I ordered a Mother's Day mystery box for my mother. It was delivered on the day Iexpected and the contents was excellent. It had a lot of women's things that my mother enjoyed."
"Item was shipped promptly, as described on the websites and adequately packed. Will buy from again."
"I have purchased from ThingFling 4 or 5 times and am completely satisfied with their products and service. They have a grat variety of goodies and I check their website first thing every morning, while having my coffee, to see what thing they may fling my way. "
"I've made 22 purchases from Thingfling and have been very pleased with the results. Their Mystery and Almost a Mystery boxes are tons of fun. I'd recommend anyone trying to get a BOC from Woot to go for a Mystery Box. While the cost is more than $3 the fun it well worth it. They have a thing called shagging that everyone tries for. This is hard to get due to I believe they only shag a few boxes. I've only had a problem once and they have a help desk link where you write up a ticket and I've always got a response within a day. I'd highly recommend trying for a Mystery box. Then go to the forums and watch and see what other's got as compared to your own. If you can't use what's in it you could make up a bundle of stuff and put it on EBAY or Amazon and get some or maybe all of your money back. I use it for gifts or let the Grandchildren learn from it. It's also a cheap way for me to learn about new tech which seems like something whether I like it or not, I'm going to have to do. One of my recent Mystery boxes had a flashlight that is ran by a roll of copper wire and a magnet. It's see through so it's great. I shake it a little and it works fine. Will be great for stormy nights and I never need to worry about the batteries going dead. Hope you try it out, it's fun to fling. "
"Almost Mystery Box order had a bunch of cheap 'Made in China' electronics thrown in the box that you would get from a local Dollar Tree store. Battery backup seems to work well. But its the last time I order a mystery box."
"Great quality for insanely low prices. Both times I have ordered thinking I might resell for a profit, I tested the items and have decided to keep them. I thought I would just sell this "cheap stuff" and use the profit to get "better stuff" but Thingfling already sold me the "better stuff."
As far as I can tell, there are no "catches" and these aren't recalled junk items.
Ocassionally, they will throw in some "cheap stuff" with your order for free. And usually that has been stuff you will want to give away as gifts or use if you just don't have those things.
The free cell phone flashlights they throw in are glitchy but free. I mention this because they do work, you just need to squeeze where the battery is. I decided to use a refrigerator magnet and turn the cell phone light into something I will actually be able to find and use in the event of a power outage.
This site has a good help desk, and any complaints have always been cleared up quickly by Thingfling. Shipping has been within a week or two, and the shipping prices are so low I wouldn't expect it any faster. I really don't know how they do it because I've lost money on eBay shipping out stuff that sold too cheap. The only thing I can think of is I needed to find a cheaper way to ship or something.
These days people want low prices and don't really want to pay for priority and overnight shipping anyway. If they needed it bad, they would go out and get it.
The shipping isn't bad in my opinion, but is something you should know if you are expecting to start up your store and have all the items in a few days.
For the average buyer that doesn't sell a lot and isn't in a hurry, this is where it is at!
I really feel like I "know somebody" that owns a store and sells overstock real cheap and throws in extra stuff as a friendly favor. "
"Ordered multiple Tag ALerts on 2/3. Recd 2/11 and returned 2/17 as they did not work properly. As of 2/27 have not recd charge acct credit nor responses to my emails requesting explanation for delay."
"Good deals, good prices .. bit slow on shipping, but has been worth the wait."
