"Excellent as always. I have had to resolve 2 problems with orders from the company in the last 10 years. The first was due to a defective set of batteries which leaked into the new charger I had bought from the company. Thomas Distributing offered to replace the batteries *and* give me a replacement charger (due to my concern about the leak and being unsure if I could clean out all the residue). All of this was at no cost to me, and with sincere apologies from the company for the hassle.

There was also a minor glitch in this most recent order. I received a different brand of AAA rechargeable batteries than the one I ordered. A minor slip-up, but they offered to not only ship me what I ordered, but to let me keep the batteries they sent by mistake.
